Y-Group, the firm behind Korea’s leading golf and resort complexes, including Seolhaeone, Youonejae, Yongpyong Resort The Forest, and Alpensia Estate, has undertaken the architectural design of ANDAMIRO MAKAHA.
At the heart of the design philosophy lies chagyeong (借景), meaning “borrowing landscape.” It is the most important philosophy that runs through ANDAMIRO MAKAHA. From window placement to sightline orientation, every detail was crafted to bring the Makaha Valley landscape seamlessly indoors. The surrounding nature and interior spaces form a visual continuity, creating a living relationship where wind, sunlight, and even the changing seasons all become part of the architecture, offering residents an extraordinary experience.
